WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship to 26 countries including Europe, North America and Australia! You can use the shipping calculator once an item has been added to cart.
*Please note* We are a CZECH based company, therefore shipping from the Czech Republic. For all deliveries outside of the Czech Republic, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if there are any. Also, please be aware that unless you select ‘Recorded Mail’ at checkout, we will not have the ability to track your parcel down if it was delayed or missing and cannot be held accountable, therefore recommend recorded delivery for outside of Europe.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders placed are usually dispatched within 24hrs, sometimes before (ex Sundays). CZ customers should receive item(s) 3- 5 working days there after. Please allow up to 7-15 working days for international orders as we are shipping from the CZ. Any queries regarding this, please get in touch via our contact page.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If there is a fault with your order, please email us via the CONTACT FORM page within 14 days along with your order number and details of the issue. In regards to exchanging an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange. Use the sizing measurements in the product description to save you the hassle of having to exchange it later.
Please note: When returning an time for any reason, we are not responsible for the items until we receive them. Also, all items must have their original tags intact and unworn. Any items sold under promotion or sale are also non- refundable. Any queries regarding our returns, please don’t hesitate to ask.
